Service Area, Acreage & Flood Zone Map

Three things this does: tells you whether your property is in our service area, measures its acreage from satellite imagery, and shows the FEMA flood hazard zone it sits in.

Tap "Draw area", then tap points around your property. Double-tap to finish.

Standard Service Area (~35 mi) Extended Service Area (~60 mi) By Quote (~95 mi)
About the flood zone layer — read this before relying on it

The flood layer is served live from FEMA's National Flood Hazard Layer. It is provided for general information only. It is not a flood determination, it is not a substitute for an Elevation Certificate or a Letter of Map Amendment, and C2 Land Works is not a floodplain consultant, surveyor, or engineer.

FEMA mapping is not available everywhere, is updated on FEMA's schedule rather than ours, and the service is occasionally slow or unavailable. Zone boundaries shown here are approximate at the zoom levels available and should never be used to determine whether a specific structure or property line falls inside a zone.

For an authoritative determination, consult the FEMA Flood Map Service Center, your county floodplain administrator, or a licensed surveyor.

About the acreage measurement

Acreage is calculated from the polygon you draw on satellite imagery. It is an estimate useful for scoping and quoting. It is not a survey, it does not reflect legal property boundaries, and it should not be used for any transaction or legal purpose. Imagery may also be several years old.
