This Winnie, TX homeowner needed their heavily wooded 5-acre property transformed into a build-ready site for their dream home. The land was covered with dense brush, mature pine trees, and years of undergrowth that made the property inaccessible.
Our team cleared all vegetation, removed stumps, and graded the property to ensure proper drainage away from the future home site. We preserved three mature oak trees the client wanted to keep for shade and curb appeal. The result: a clean, level building pad with a new gravel driveway providing year-round access.
